Customer satisfaction research for the Northern Powwer Corporatiion (NPC), Southern Power Corporation (SPC), Central Power Corporation (CPC) and EVN Ha noi, the regional bodies of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), Vietnam’s largest energy company since 2013. The 4 corporations provides the majority of energy to almost all the provinces of Vietnam, except Ho Chi Minh City

This market research project was implemented in each of these 62 cities and provinces while utilizing about around 30.000 organizational and household customers as the sample size annually. The overarching objective was to obtain relevant data on the level of customer satisfaction that will generate insight for EVN, thereby informing their strategy-making process and ultimately boosting customer satisfaction.
